Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is only open to UK residents only excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies or anyone else directly connected with this promotion.
  2. This promotion is available on promotional 200g squeezy Marmite packs only. Subject to availability.
  3. To claim your free Marmart Kit collect 2 tokens from promotional squeezy Marmite packs and attach them securely to a plain piece of card along with coins to the value of £1.40 to cover the postage of your kit. On a separate piece of plain paper clearly print in BLOCK CAPITALS your name, address, postcode and daytime telephone number. Post your application to the Claim Address below.
  4. All claims shall be verified before accepted as valid. Only original tokens will be considered valid. No photocopies will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with the claim rules will not be accepted.
  5. If there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Closing date for receipt of claims is 28th February 2007.
  7. A Marmart kit contains: 1 x Marmart lunchbox, 2 x Marmart stencils 1 x Marmart spreader, 1 x plastic Marmart art mat.
  8. There is no limit to the number of Marmart kits a claimant can order provided that claim requirements are met in full.
  9. Responsibility cannot be accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the Claim Address. Proof of purchase and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Any claim received with no postage, or not including the full amount of postage, will be deemed invalid.
  10. Claimants will receive their Marmart Kit within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim.
  11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative items of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
  12. If Marmart kits or alternative items do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, claimants may request a replacement, within 28 days of receipt, by writing to the Claim address or calling the promotion helpline on 01296 717 932. In the absence of such a request the claimant will be deemed to have accepted the item, subject to the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall bear reasonable costs of replacing the kit or item. Kits correctly supplied in accordance with the claim cannot be exchanged unless found on first use to be defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  13. By entering the promotion claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All claim instructions form part of the rules.
